Every project has a budget ceiling. From early in the process we take your budget very seriously.
We will submit cost projections to you with each phase of the design work.

You will need someone to watch over the construction phase of your project.
As part of our basic architectural services we assist with problems and opportunities that arise during
construction, and we work to see that your home is built to the standards you expect.

Our fees are based on project size and complexity, and are always quoted to you after
the scope of our professional involvement is determined.
